Shipping

  • Processing Time

    • All orders are handmade and processed within 7–12 business days before shipping. During peak seasons or custom projects, processing may take slightly longer, if so, you’ll be notified by email.

  • Shipping Timeframes

    • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days (after processing)

    • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location and customs)

  • Shipping Costs

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. On average:

    • Domestic U.S.: $6–$25

    • International: $15–$60

 

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • I want you to love your new corset! If you are not completely satisfied, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that remain in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is returned in its original condition, a full refund will be issued, minus the return shipping feee.

  • If the item is returned damaged (cut, stained, etc) the buyer is responsible for 100% of the item's value.

  • To initiate a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
